Ordering

What if I typed the wrong email address?
Please get in touch with us so that we can update your email address. Your email address, name, and address can all be changed, but your order cannot be changed.

 

Are there any exchange rates?
Our entire business is conducted in US dollars. If your credit card is in a different currency, the total cost of your order will be computed using the daily exchange rate on the day your card issuer executes the transaction.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX) as well as PayPal payments are accepted. Personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, and cash on delivery are not accepted.

 

How secure is my online order?
When you use your credit card to make an online purchase, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and delivered directly to our credit card provider's network, which authorises and approves your card and transaction. Our servers do not save your credit card details.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?
Even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or the credit card has been authorised, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept or deny the order, or any portion thereof, at any time after receipt. We will give a credit to the original mode of payment if the credit card has already been authorised for the purchase and the order is cancelled.

Since the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations, any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation cost of 30% of the Total Price, regardless of when the order was placed (even if it was only a second later).

Please keep in mind that purchases that have already been packed and sent cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

How do I set my shipping address?
Because our website and service are in English, all of the data you entered must be written in English, including punctuation. If specific letters in your address contain non-English letters, you should replace them with English letters that are similar. In German, for example, you may convert the letter "ß" to "ss."

 

Is it possible to modify my shipping address after I've placed an order?
Please note that after your item has been processed and dispatched, you will not be able to change your mailing address. Please amend your shipping address to your home address rather than your vacation address, as we do not know how long the box will be held by the destination's customs department.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time is determined by the shipping option you select. We will provide your tracking information the next day after your item has shipped, since tracking information becomes accessible 24 hours after the order has been shipped. We are not liable for any delays imposed by your country's customs authority.

 

How do I track my order?
Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your product has been shipped. You will usually receive your tracking number one day after your product has been sent.

 

Can I use several discount codes in one order?
Unless otherwise noted, promotion and discount codes cannot be used with other offers or discounts.

 

What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order?
Please inform us right away if something is still missing.

 

SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
All orders are processed and sent from our China warehouse. During the holidays and sale seasons, please allow extra time for your order to be processed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of the order date and shipped the following business day. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

If you have not received tracking confirmation within 5 business days of completing your payment, please contact us.

 

How will my order be shipped?

Will I be subject to customs and/or taxation?
The prices on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be responsible for tariffs and taxes after your order arrives.

Import taxes, tariffs, and other customs fees may be assessed once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office.

You are responsible for paying these fees and taxes; we will not cover them. We are not liable for any delays imposed by your country's customs authority. Please contact your local customs office for further information on charges.

 

Is my order eligible for free shipping?
Orders that satisfy the minimum quantity requirement are eligible for free shipping, excluding discounted, sale, and oversized/overweight items. Economy shipping will be used to transport your order.
